I spent the first 15 years of my career on the commercial side of innovative businesses in media, tech and creativity. I've successfully grown multiple businesses and my clients have included Google, American Express and Sony. I've spent the last decade taking these skills to clients through my own agency Tiger Iron with a focus on building inclusive teams, whilst also working as Founder & CEO of a multi-award-winning platform and movement for LGBTQ+ people. I have fought for LGBTQ+ rights in India, contributing to legislative change in 2018 and I speak and write about LGBTQ+ rights, history and lives.Alongside this I've worked as a musician, writer and performer including as a TEDxLondon speaker, host and curator, Gay Times Contributing Editor, VICE Reporter (over 2.2million documentary views), Channel4 commentator (Where have all the lesbians gone?), a columnist for 5 years and performed on stages around the world including Mumbai Pride, Bloomsbury Festival, The Oxford Union and many more. I have spoken at Meta, Oxfam, Burberry, H&M, Soho House, Deloitte, Dr Marten's, Virgin Media amongst others. I have been the face of campaigns for H&M, The Body Shop, Schwarzkopf and Boots Beauty.
