- Troubleshooting of control diagram of HT/ LT panel, PCC & MCC, GRR & LRS Control panel.- Maintenance of GRR & LRS HT Slip-ring motors up to 8MW.- Maintain IMS Document.- Commissioning of 11 kV APFC Panel up-to 7.5 MVAr.- Having knowledge of HT/LT Circuit breaker & MVD Panel up-to 7060 kVA (HITACHI &INVT Make)- Preparation of Section-wise Energy Consumption Reports.- Coordination of Protection Relays for LT PCC & MCC Panels in coordination with HT Panels/up-stream circuit- Exposure in MTBF & MTTR for protection equipment.- Manual programming and Relay coordination of all types of Numerical relays.- Preparation, Scheme checking and Corresponding Modification and revision of SLD/ Electrical Schemes of Substations including HT /LT panels, PCC & MCC for thesmooth running of the plant.- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of 11 kV switchgear, transformers & Motors.- Indent and follow up of all the spare material required for smooth operation of theplant.- Planning & coordination with electrical contractors.- Working in ERP, EMS MS Office etc. Achievement:- Commissioning of 9000 TPD Line -3 Project Shree Raipur Cement Plant.

worked in the green field project of Jaypee Gujarat Cement Plant (A unit of Jaiprakash Associates Limited) since March 2007 to June 2013. Jaypee Gujarat Cement Plant is 5 MTPA of L&T Design, Double String Six Stage Preheater SLC type.-Actively involved in Operation & Maintenance activities in Pyro Section & Grinding section with the packing plant.- Also worked at various sites of the plant, which were under the Erection & Commissioning stage. I was then involved in the activities which included testing of Transformer, CT, PT, Relays, Breakers, LT & HT Panel, Cable laying & associated cable schedule. -Commissioning of LRS & GRR operated Motors.-Installation, Erection and commissioning of HT/LT electrical Equipment.
