Started my internship in the field of HR along with getting my hands on the operational processes at the plant to gain knowledge about the same . During the period of the internship was selected as the head of interns from a group of 11 people to guide them , and help them adapt with the functioning of the company and also brief the newly hired interns about their job. Along with this i was also learning the operations process at the plant which helped me closely observe how the operations take place in a large manufacturing firm along with hands on Logistics area of the company which included transportation of goods . Also looked in the transportation of employees on daily basis
