In this multifaceted role, she oversees Product User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), Financial operations, Taxation, Marketing initiatives including content design and rollout. Her responsibilities extend to HR management, Recruitment, Payroll and Administration showcasing her well-rounded skill set.Prior to this, she has worked with NatWest Group (erstwhile Royal Bank of Scotland) in various roles across first and second line of defense encompassing conducting risk-based assurance activities for evidencing and improving compliance of Bank’s Operational Risk Policies, thematic reviews of risk events and managing specific policy chapters of the Risk Management Framework. She also played a pivotal role in preparing and reviewing various regulatory reports. Overall supported in embedding a strong risk and compliance culture across the bank.Prior to RBS, she has worked with American Express as an Operational risk manager for various payments and accounting processes. In this role, she conducted comprehensive risk assessments, executed control assurance activities and managed risk events covering root cause analysis and defining remedial action plans. She also possesses rich experience in conducting Internal Audits for a diverse portfolio of MNC and India-based clients across industries such as automobile, education, media & entertainment.
