• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment• Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications• Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and to coordinate access and use of computer networks• Experience with installing, configuring, administering and troubleshooting a wide range of Windows Operating System, Apple OS, VMWare, phone.• Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and remote desktop applications.• Experience with Adobe CS- Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator.• Hands on experience of LAN/WAN networking infrastructure and Cisco VPN• Hands on experience for making network cables in VOIP.• Experience with backing up hardware including USB drives, servers, computers.• Hands on experience with SQL queries.• Quick learner and efficient to work individually and as a team member.
