We believe in Ikigai – a Japanese concept that means “Reason for Being”. We think that work should be meaningful and any change we create should take everybody involved closer to their Ikigai.

Effective counseling needs to bring new insights and change ineffective behavioral batterns, therefore I use variety of creative methods that evoke different parts of the brain than we use on everyday bases.
