Our work starts with listening to the client’s needs, followed by diagnostics to provide a neutral evaluation of the current situation in the organization/team. Based on the diagnostics we set a clear goal and create an action plan together with the client. We suggest tools for mid-point evaluations and evaluate the success in the end of the process, as well as offer support for planning the next steps. We believe in Ikigai – a Japanese concept that means “Reason for Being”. We think that work should be meaningful and any change we create should take everybody involved closer to their Ikigai.

Counseling and facilitation for individuals, couples, families and groups.Areas of expertise: helping clients to come through difficult emotional states and moods, grief, addictions, eating and body image issues, recovering from abuse and trauma, sexuality and gender issues, relationship and family difficulties, life and career path challenges, and self-esteem.Methods of working: I adjust my methods according to client's needs and preferences. Effective counseling needs to bring new insights and change ineffective behavioral batterns, therefore I use variety of creative methods that evoke different parts of the brain than we use on everyday bases. We also practice new ways of relating to people and situations and have in-depth conversations to integrate the creative and experiencial work to the client's personal development process.Expected outcomes: better understanding of yourself, higher capacity to handle difficult emotional states, more flexibility and resilience in facing different life challenges, higher self-esteem.
