I believe that you have all the answers to your questions within you... and sometimes you may need a little help to become aware of them. I support people and teams in finding deeper connection with their inner wisdom. Insightful questions, simple and practical exercises and little bites of theory, where necessary, are my main tools.Coaching, training, conflict facilitation and consultation are my forms of working. The process is always goal-oriented and systematic, and at the same time flexible and client-driven, where the end-result emerges from cooperation.
