I have extensive knowledge and experience in material planning and replanning; purchasing; sending forecasts; administrative work; project monitoring; group work; team leadership and customer service. I enjoy challenges and pushing my comfort zone in order to learn new things and solve problems and making sure everyone feels heard and respected. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences. In my studies I concentrated on corporate social responsibility (CSR), leadership, business and administration. I wrote my Bachelor's thesis on improving sustainability marketing in retail business and my Master's thesis on stakeholder engagement in ecological quarry site restoration.Outside work, I am an active scout. Within scouting, I have experience from working abroad at Guide/Scout Centres, holding several scout positions within a local group, on the district level and on a national level in the Guides and Scouts of Finland and the Guides and Scouts of Sweden. Currently, I volunteer as the Team Leader for Youth Empowerment at World Organisation of the Scout Movement European Region and as the member of the International Team for the Guides and Scouts of Sweden.
