After experimenting and learning through 1st part of this journey, we relaunched Cirkled In 2.0 in early 2018. C4C is a business development team for UW researchers: supplying the relevant state-of-the-industry information they need to move their research forward most effectively. C4C helps bringing labs' technology to the real world and end customers.Consulted on commercializaton of an innovative research coming out of University of Washington. Determined market and financial feasibility of a promising innovation for improving returns on advertising spend. Researched various revenue generation strategies and commercialization of this new technology. Analyzed market including customers and competitive analysis. Created customer segmentation, and positioning strategy. Designed a compelling customer value proposition.

AT&T is the largest communications holding company in the world by revenue. In 1999, AT&T started exploring Wireless in Local Loop (WiLL) offerings and markets. A project, code named "Angel", was launched in 1999 which was offered in 10 US markets and eventually went to international markets like Mexico, Spain under new ownership. I joined Angel project when census was 125 and grew to over 1250. I stayed with the project till census came down to 42 and company moved to Canada under new ownership.I managed teams on fixed wireless (OFDM) product line. Led cross-group teams through next generation software design. Collaborated internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors and customers.Project Lead Software Team for V5.2 product for international markets. Design of next generation Voice over IP SystemDevelopment of wireless in local loop System for North America Market• Reduced installation costs by designing a simple way to customize the PSTN features.• Completed prototype in a record time of three months. Netro Corp acquired the engineering division of Angel project based solely on the success of this product demo.• Represented AT&T WS in industry meetings and conferences including VON 2001 conference.• Ported the software on new hardware, doubling system capacity from 8 T1 to 16 T1 lines.Continued with the project during transition to Netro and then to SR Telecom.• Awards: Spirit of Excellence - 2001
