Develop, design, and implement the project on clean energy;• Context Analysis: Review existing policies, analyzed the current status of the carbon market, and performed project-level analysis through the Gold Standard and Verified Carbon Standard registries.• Potential Project Area Analysis: Evaluate potential project areas in both the Hill and Terai regions.• Stakeholder Consultation: Engage with stakeholders Hill and Terai Regions to assess the additionality of the cookstove project intervention.• Technology Assessment: Conduct a study to identify appropriate improved cookstove technologies.• Financial Feasibility Analysis: Analyze the financial viability of the proposed interventions.Initiate the project design process, which includes conducting stakeholder consultations, baseline studies, and baseline performance field tests.Research on climate change components; carbon offsetting, and carbon financing to develop and implement the project in the voluntary carbon market;Support the government in preparing guidelines for the coordination of the Voluntary Carbon Market;Develop and disseminate localized IEC materials on issues of the energy transition, and clean cooking in relation to climate change;Coordinate with key stakeholders, donors, partners, and private sectors for the implementation of the project and create a network for the carbon market;Develop and market the business model for clean energy and waste-to-energy for promotion and adoption;Develop and promote a sustainable prosperity framework;Provide consulting services on energy transition and clean cooking in relation to climate change.

Assessment of the overall market conditions of the targeted market segment in Indonesia and Pakistan: landscape-wide situational awareness of early adopters and enablers for RT (MURT) including barriers, favourable vs unfavourable macro environment for marketing RT and OP in a targeted market segment.Identify early adopters/first market entry points/opportunities for piloting in the targeted market segment: who and where they are and why and how they will use the RT.Identify Intervention measures (entry points in the market for the targeted segment) as the the market is not yet ready to adopt RT.
