My dissertation attempted to determine why users who like a product (in this case, movie clips) rate the product higher in quality (in this case, video quality). Focused on immersion (flow) and affect (mood) as precursors to entertainment and liking.I received my masters degree in May of 2009, which focused on interactive voice response systems (IVRs).
