We’re helping to create a network between retailers, brands and audiences to enable customer acquisition, interaction and retention at lower cost while driving marketing innovation.My role is to help leaders to develop and implement world-leading personalised digital marketing programs to complement their overall strategy.

In 2018, I joined Eagle Eye as the first employee in Australia and New Zealand to launch their ANZ division. Since then, we’ve secured several of the largest omnichannel retailers in the region as clients, including Endeavour Group, the Warehouse Group and Woolworths Group.I have led the recruiting and development of a well-regarded team to support local customers with functions including Project Delivery, Customer Service, Platform Consulting and Sales.

From 2014-2018 I ran my own consulting business, focused on helping Australian and New Zealand retailers master the art of e-commerce fulfilment. I led strategy and operations improvement projects and ran workshops and spoke at conferences and events. I also wrote a book, Retail’s Last Mile: Why Online Shopping Will Exceed Our Wildest Predictions, which explored the disruption of mainstream retail by online shopping. Clients came from across the retail landscape and included the likes of Akolade, Australian Paper, Australia Post, Connect Media, Fastway Couriers, Microsoft, Myer, New Balance, Swatch, Super Retail Group and Unique Health Products.
