We are specialist in Revit parametric content creation (Revit Families for all disciplines)

Specialist BIM Modeller , Creating parametric families/objects for our ongoing projects. Helping MEP team to use fully parametric families on their working projects. I also take part in the MEPF projects for modelling and coordination.

Revit Content Modeller, creating parametric families/objects for Revit projects for our online global clientsThese Revit Families were made so they were fully functional, the following list were a few examples of setup & functionality of the families. 1 - Creating components so they can be adjusted in width, depth, height & radius 2 - Creating external .txt type catalog file with multiple setups to load within a project, which accompanied the family file, so when loading the family in to a project, a list would appear of multiple setups configured that you could load.3 - Creating shared parameters, i.e. dimensions, visibility & count can be scheduled within a project. The shared txt file also helped to tag items in a project with an ID or description.4 - Creating nested components within the family, so the components can be switched to have a different setup i.e. a door panel will have different grooves from one door to another. These panels previously setup could be exchanged within a project.The family creation required planning and formulae calculation works with if statements and trigonometry formulas. This gave possibility to setup countless objects with just one single family rather than to use various static families within the project. My experience working with functional family rather than static family gave me an advantage to become an efficient and proficient in the progression of a Revit projects.Revit BIM Modeller, work on a Revit architectural projects, Residential commercial International and local.
