Name Refaat Asfour Born in the Syrian city of Idlib in 1984She studied in its primary, middle and secondary schools, then completed her university studies at the University of Aleppo, Faculty of Antiquities and Museums.During all my studies, I had an interest in the artistic field as an expressive actor and oud player. I had extensive participation for a long time in many local festivals, and I recently produced some artistic works.I served as director of the Dildar Youth Institute of Music between 2009-2011.In 2012, I moved to work in the United Arab EmiratesI entered the United Arab Emirates in 2012 and began working as a public relations representative and general accountant in the Hekayat Carpentry and Decoration Group (Dubai - Sharjah), which allowed me to begin gaining experience in dealing with specialists in parallel, and that was until 2016.Then I moved to work as a public and government relations officer in Al-Rayes Projects Group, which I started with. They had approximately 4 commercial licenses that included several activities such as (restaurant and café - general trade - tourism - shipping and logistical services). To work at a rapid pace and excellent growth, which enabled us to expand the restaurant network to become 6 branches and establish a transportation and delivery company, and within 3 years it expanded to include more than 300 employees. We continued to develop and expand the group’s activities and opened many additional licenses to reach approximately 19 licenses that include approximately 800 employees and all These licenses, their annexes and approvals, dealing with the regulations of government departments regulating the practice of commercial activities, dealing with employees and their visas, all of this. I was one of the founders who laid down those pillars for the group, built it, solved the darkest problems, and followed up on all issues related to that.In 2019, I was appointed as the acting director of human resources for the group, pending the appointment of a human resources director. I was promoted and appointed as director of government relations with an independent department consisting of 5 employees in the group, and here I am practicing my work here until now, and praise be to God, with progress, success, and distinction, and I always strive for excellence and development.
