Essential Duties and Responsibilities supervision of customer service team to effectively manage & provide daily, weekly and monthly sales & volume report and submit it to the concern function.  Manage the maintenance of the customer master file and pricing table, ensuring all changes (add / change / deactivate) are made accurately and promptly in accordance with the matrix of authority  Ensure that access right to customer master file and pricing table are correctly defined and monitored  Ensure the reconciliation of manual records to system records  Perform sales quotes and obtain the approval according the matrix of authority  Process and distribute invoices for all shipment, and perform regularly reconciliation with Sales Order and Goods Delivery Notes Calculate contractual rebates when needed and communicate information to AR accountant  Prepare credit notes for approved customer rebates  Customer Transactions (invoice Package) is a report showing all clients’ accounts statements, between deposits, dispatches, credit – debit notes, and ending with the actual balances of the account. It helps to check how book records are matching. Manage day- to day interaction with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives in all processes and recording of BUs sales transactions Logistics staff for transport issues Dispatcher for shipment & recording  Full dispatch details (invoice Package) is a report showing the details of every segment in the invoice, as it tells the final destination for the each truck dispatched from Al- Safwa Plant to the clients.  Half Annual reports:  Customer Transaction report to be prepared, printed and sent to each client Setting up customer feedback or complaints procedures  Handling difficult enquiries or complaints  Reviewing the daily remaining balance report & taking the necessary action to communicate with our clients to avoid any stoppage in their cement loading.
