Current• Leading and managing multiple projects using Scrum – Agile methodology (sprint planning, sprint reviews, tasks prioritization) within Jira, Azure Boards and Trello, acting as scrum master in several projects.• Playing a key role in pre-sale process, including understanding client needs, preparing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful presentations to secure projects.• Organizing and presenting automation webinars for potential customers.• Collaborating with clients to identify workflow inefficiencies, propose automation strategies, and execute end-to-end process improvements.• Utilizing Gantt charts and other project management tools to plan, track, and communicate project timelines effectively.• Conducting detailed time estimates for project scopes to support accurate and fair pricing proposals.• Directing the development and deployment of complex business flows, including AI-based chatbots and automation for key processes.• Acting as a knowledge center for business automation, providing expert guidance and solutions for complex processes.
