. I have BTech in Agriculture Crop Production obtained at Tshwane University of Technology, currently studying BSc Honours in Environmental Management with Unisa. I’m a registered assessor and moderator with Agriseta.I have 2 years’ experience in farming and 5 years’ experience in a training and development sector, which most of the training are based in Agriculture. I believe am the best candidate for this position because my job includes co-ordinating of training in community projects, commercial and emerging farmers. Facilitating learnerships and recruitment of learners, coordinate and report on all learning and development interventions at the farms and monthly reporting on learner progress. And I believe that with the experience i acquired throughout the years it will add value to your organization. Am able to manage people, solve problems and communicate effectively. I take attention to detail and able to follow up and give feedback. I have good administration, organizational, computer literate and report writing skills
