• Assisting in developing marketing campaigns, plans and objectives,brainstorming ideas which align with company’s vision.• Planning, ordering, preparing, issuing and dispatching marketing materials to four of our Ringa Café stores.• Assisting team with day-to-day marketing tasks, project, physical tasks (banners, flyers, posters, menus etc).• Assisting with new installations of artwork (posters) and ensuring deals and menus are uploaded the stores in-store screen. • Assisting with promotional activities (radio adverts, activations events etc).• Compiling reports and presenting to the team. • Designing and ordering of t-shirts for stores.• Assisting with marketing communications, flyers and newsletters.• General office admin duties. • Social media update ( Facebook,Twitter and Instagram).Skills acquired:• Organizational skills and problem resolution.• Multi-tasking.• Time management skills.• Verbal and written communication skills. • Great attention to detail.• Able to work under pressure.• Meeting deadlines.

• Sourcing quotations from suppliers (catering, accommodation,stationery, cleaning material)• Processing of orders for payment.• Distribution of stationery and cleaning materials.• Faxing and emailing order copies to suppliers for delivery as well as conducting follow-ups to ensure stock is delivered on time. • Ensuring supplier documents and supplier information is correct and up to date.• Handling supplier queries. • Receiving invoices and proof reading the invoices to send in for payment. • Minute taking in meetings.• Filing of documents for staff in the unit. Other Duties (Assisting at Registry and when official is on leave)• Receiving fax and distributing them to the relevant officials.• Registering and sorting correspondence.• Preparing documents to ensure collection by courier or messenger.• Receiving mail, recording it and distributing it to the relevant official.• Typing and binding and bulk copying of documents as requested.
