- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and management team.- Assist the programming team with operational support.- Organise paperwork, including printing, copying, and scanning.- Coordinate bookings of voice-over artists with agencies and liaise with finance for payments.- Assist with social media management and content support.- Report and follow up on technical issues to ensure prompt resolution.- Maintain and update contact lists for agencies, staff, and technical support.- Keep accurate records of invoices, advertising scripts, attendance registers, studio bookings, and OB arrangements.- Manage and update database spreadsheets for competition entries, newsletter sign-ups, and song requests.- Schedule staff meetings and organise team events to support engagement and collaboration.
