I oversee key customer education initiatives, including the University of Provar, release notes, documentation, the Provar Forum, and customer training, ensuring they are consistently aligned with the latest product updates. By collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Service teams, I elevate content development and contribute to upsell opportunities and customer retention.
