1. Assist the assessment of Chevron's potential business partners, service companies and suppliers of critical services, to determine their suitability and capability to comply with OE/HES, management system and risk management programs.2. Assist the compilation and maintenance of CHESM data base of all entities assessed.3. Update the CHESM data base regularly with necessary information like contractor’s ratings, contract risk and its operational control status.4. Assist in communication and education program like CHESM training/ coaching to company’s stakeholders, prospective business partners or local contractors / suppliers.5. If necessary, represent the CHESM team in procurement-related events like, but not limited to, elucidation meeting and bid-opening meeting.
