In the 32 years I was employed by Avon Products I was a District Sales Manager and a Mentor Manager to new hires. My main responsibility was to recruit, train and develop a sales force of anywhere from 500-800. I have done hundreds of presentations, speeches & hosted recruitathons, luncheons & dinners. I had a very successful career & traveled to many parts of the world by earning Circle of Excellence trips.
