-Lead the transfer of Eaton molding tools from other suppliers to Perlos location (lead the Team to move tools and get Eaton approvals to start production in Reynosa).--Coordinate project team to start Nokia Projects and manage them until the project end of life, -Main contact with Local Customers-Responsible to complete Customer PO’s on time-Responsible for project profitability-Ensure efficient planning and execution of the project.

-Participation in production lines transfer from Perlos Fort Worth-Participate/coordinate the activities to receive the molding tools from Perlos Fort Worth, evaluate them and run CPK Process in order to get Customer Approvals-Participate/coordinate the Team (Molding, Painting, Assembly and Tampo Printing) to plan/execute the activities to meet the Customer Requirements on time, and according with Quality Standards.

Lean Manufacturing, Process Flow Diagrams, Work Instructions, Visual Aids, Bill of Materials, Lay-outs/AUTOCAD, Routings, Continuous Improvement Workshops for labor reduction, ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor, Problem Solving Groups for quality problems and scrap reduction, participate in the production lines transference from Valeo Fort Worth

Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Workshops for labor reduction, 5’S implementation, SMED Workshops, Quality/Cost/Delivery Workshops with Suppliers

Start-up of new production lines for Saturn switches, training for the production people, implement the One Piece Flow System, coordinate the production team to meet the targets for Quality, Cost and Delivery
