Attending Park University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Management / Logistics my studies consists of the following; Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records. Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers.Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management. Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources. Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

Ammunition Logistics NCO, for a 155mm (M198) Towed Howitzer Battalion in direct support of 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division (SBCT). Responsible for managing, updating, and forecasting the Standards in Training Commission (STRAC) for five artillery units; conducted reconciliation and dud reports; advise the commander on all aspects of ammunition acquisition, distribution, and accountability utilizing TAMIS (Total Ammunition Management Information System). Ensure all proper documentation is maintained in accordance with IMCOM Regulation 5-13 and unit SOP’s (standard operation procedures). Responsible for direct coordination with the brigade support battalion for all ammunition related requirements. Provide training for all battalion personnel in ammunition handling, convoy operations, and distribution requirements to subordinate units. Coordinate land, ranges, and training facilities for all training events in the battalion utilizing the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS). Reviewed and processed Concept Operations Plans to Range Control Operations to ensure proper range safety measures are met in accordance with Range Operations SOP. Attend installation range operations conference. Maintained an operational program of all scheduled training events, dates and location while handling local issues and insuring an accurate back briefs to the Battalion Operations Officer and the Battalion Executive Officer.

Platoon Sergeant for a forward deployed M109A6 Paladin self-propelled howitzer Battalion in direct support of 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division (HBCT). Responsible for the training and development of 32 artillery men, in the transitioning from a Paladin Artillery Platoon to a Motorized Rifle Platoon in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 09-10. Assisted the Platoon Leader and Battery Commander in coordinating, planning and execution of combat patrols, raids, securing of, and destruction of ordinance which disrupted violent extremist activities. Served as the principle trainer for all common core 11, 13, and 19 series tasks within the platoon. Directed tactical movement. Responsible for the maintenance and serviceability of four up-armored M1151 HMMV’s and four MRAP’s (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) vehicles with associated equipment in excess of $6,000,000.

Concept Development NCO, as the TRADOC proponent for requirements determination and development; developed tactical and technical procedures to government and industry material development agencies. Developed, defend and staffed Field Artillery material requirements, training, and associated products Army-wide and industry management in support of operational requirements. Served as a user representative for reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition platforms.
