Identifying, acquiring and performing focused analysis of client data on operational requirements around training needs analysis and competence and effectively communicating these findings to others. Gap analysis of Client sites as part of Training Needs Analysis Design bespoke training courses (ISSOW & CoW) Coaching in CoW at various refineries worldwide Deliver classroom and site based training and change management programs directly to clients‘ workforce. Develop and author generic or client-specific end user support materials and training content. Carry out implementation coaching at the frontline for transformed processes and/or the commissioning of Petrotechnics‘ technology solutions.Support and Development for Train the Trainer package, and to deliver front line training and coaching to UK rail service provider
