In my role as a Project Manager within the Project Delivery Group at an Institute of Higher Education for the past 13 years, I have successfully managed multiple projects through their full life-cycle. I work closely with user groups and University units to develop project goals, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives. I am responsible for managing projects within approved parameters, procuring and managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Additionally, I participate in space/asset management efforts and represent the institution to funding and regulatory agencies. Though out my time here I have also performed mentoring, coaching on unit procedures and policies. I have also done both exploratory and explanatory data analysis to help guide and inform team, project and department KPI's. I have used these data analytical skills for business storytelling for both my clients and colleagues to help with informed decision making and actionable insights.
