Managing Personal, Admin and logistics affairs of over 1600 civilian employees across a variety of trades and locations of Karnataka Naval Area. Key areas include Administration & support of Shore based units, Administration and support of Afloat units (Mainly Naval warships) , Administration of subordinate units based /located in Karnataka Naval Area, Structuring of technical & non-technical trades in compliance with 6 CPC at Naval Base Karwar, Recruitment planning & execution (hiring) of Civillian employees as Boat Crew for Naval Dockyard Karwar and recruitment planning & execution (hiring) of Civillian employees as Tradesmen in 37 trades for Naval Base Karwar, Administration of Departmental Qualifying Exams (DQE) , Departmental Promotion Committees (DPC) for timely promotion of eligible employees,Grievance redressal and counselling of employees on need basis, Preparation of cases for defending Navy’s interest in matters of litigation arising out of disciplinary or other personnel reasons.

Human (Managerial) Resource Creation , Assessor in Group Behaviour, Experiential Training.• Reporting to President Services Selection Board for the following:Headed a team of GTO’s in achieving delivery targets for Services Headquarters, Assessment of potential candidates using Predictive Behaviour Techniques, Quality Human Resource Creation (Recruitment / Officer Selection for Armed Forces), Succession building by Experiential training methods , Follow-up assessment with training academies to validate assessment quality, Administration and appraisal of subordinates for developmental & career progression purposes, Administration of operational facilities including training and testing grounds for functional effectiveness of the selection centre, .• Assessed about 1500 with a conversion rate of about 35%

Vendor development .• Strategic partnering with HCL Computers for exclusive sale of Co- branded Laptops through INCS outlets across four INCS regions.• Concept to commissioning of a modern warehouse & office complex for INCS(Goa) in 15 months• Turned a loss making business organisation over to achieve a growth rate of 22 % YoY for two successive years• Turnover exceeding 1360 lakhs at the time of demitting office.

Imparting pre-flying training to budding Naval Aviators and on the ground conduct to Non Technical Handlers of Naval aircraft.Design course structure and evaluation formats.
