Strike Systems Branch, Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery Division. Led 43-person team to create the Air Force strategy to acquire the $3.4 billion AC-130J Ghostrider gunship program. Planned and executed acquisition strategy for $43 million training system. Saved over $50 million pioneering an innovative integration facility procedure, expediting airworthiness approvals, and shaping diverse specifications to ensure 40+ year combat capabilities for United States Special Operations Command.

58th Operations Group. Assisted in leading 860 people in operating 64 aircraft flying 21,000+ flying hours per year to train 2,000+ students annually. Successfully managed $1.2 billion contract for 21 aircrew training devices worth over $1.8 billion.

58th Training Squadron. Led 380 people in delivering $30 million per year graduate aircrew training contract. Directed development and delivery of training for 121 separate flying training syllabi, covering 29 aircrew positions operating 8 different weapon systems in support of global Special Operations and Rescue combat missions. Created the organization’s first interactive courseware, establishing the roadmap for all future lesson development. Delivered world’s first full crew tactical helicopter simulator, saving $10 million per year supporting 500+ students per year. Drove $30 million standup of Air Force’s first H/MC-130J training program, generating 180% capacity in just 6 months.
