My focus is to optimize production processes through lean manufacturing techniques while maintaining top-tier quality standards.Currently, I lead production activities at Spiraledge in Ohio, leveraging my experience in workflow optimization and proactive planning to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. I pride myself on my ability to build and mentor collaborative and adaptable teams.In the spirit of continuous improvement, I am actively pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to deepen my expertise in process improvement and operational leadership. I believe in the mantra, "blame the process, not the people," focusing on refining systems to empower teams and achieve consistent results. My career journey is defined by a commitment to unlocking potential in people, processes, and products, ensuring that every aspect of production runs at peak efficiency.Outside of my professional role, I run a small business specializing in custom merchandise and apparel—applying my efficiency-first mindset to every aspect of the operation.
