About Regan Pro

In my life and work, I'm interested in bringing people together for creative experiences that center critical questions and build curiosity. I focus on the key issue, practice active listening and unpack ideas from multiple perspectives. I currently work at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art as the Deputy Director of Public Programs and Social Impact, which is a once in a career opportunity to build a new type of institution from the beginning with eyes towards the next 200 years. I've spent the last 15 years of my career in formal and informal arts learning spaces that are innovating what inclusive, creative learning can be. My favorite part of my job is the people I work with, both inside and outside my organization. I love leading teams, building reciprocal partnerships, and supporting community networks. I've been grateful to learn from many incredible mentors and am committed to continual growth and learning.
