Data is my passion and profession. I have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Utah State University, where I learned how to bridge the gap between business and data. I also attended AIS meetings where I gained insights from industry professionals about the changing landscape of data and technology.I am currently a Data Warehouse Manager at Sundance Holdings Group, LLC, a leading retailer of lifestyle products. I have been with the company for over four years, starting as a Business Intelligence Analyst and progressing to my current roles. I am responsible for enhancing the data warehouse efficiency, ensuring the data quality and accuracy, creating and managing data pipelines, and collaborating with department managers to provide bi-monthly reporting using SQL, ETL, and Tableau. I have contributed to the improvement of data governance, the resolution of data issues, and the design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. I have also helped build a team culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Besides my work, I enjoy working on personal projects that involve building statistical models for the NBA, which helps me sharpen my data skills and learn new techniques.
