- Provide assistance for various customer needs and complete customers' shopping transactions.- Maintain and replenish stock on the sales floor, and organize and arrange clothing displays.

- Develop and post content for IPE’s 3 social media pages – Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram – at least once a day to promote events happening for existing and prospective students- Communicate with 20+ Summer Experience in Sustainability & the Environment (SESE) students to provide them a student’s perspective about IU’s numerous opportunities (work, organizations, etc.)

- Created, planned, and implemented educational, social, and inclusive programs 8 times a year to build a strong community on the floor- Enforced policy to maintain student safety and addressed roommate conflicts to improve the student experience

- Process packages and paper mail to ensure students are efficiently receiving their mail- Manage maintenance requests and resident/parent questions about life at Indiana University Bloomington
