As a Human Resources Assistant at Colton RV & Marine, I support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as benefits, and employee relations. I also collaborate with managers and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my communication and analytical skills to solve problems and improve processes.Prior to joining Colton RV & Marine, I gained valuable experience in business development and vendor management in the non-profit and restoration sectors. I worked with WIC and Catholic Charities to optimize the usage of WIC for the community and the participating businesses, as well as with SERVPRO of North Niagara County to increase sales and customer satisfaction. I also developed marketing and digital marketing skills from grassroots efforts, which helped me promote the missions and services of the organizations I worked for. I have a passion for making a positive impact in the Buffalo/Niagara area, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
