I clearly remember the early days when I was the "CEO" but there were only 2 of us. We all answered the phones, packed boxes, wrote handwritten notes to the customers, learned SEO, built the websites, wrote the blog posts, took out the trash, washed the dishes, and did everything else a CEO does :).I had very little idea what I was doing, but I knew enough to focus on trying to blow away the customers with our product and service.Now looking back at those times, I can't help but feel enormously proud to be a part of Better Way Health and the fact we have become the #1 Highest Rated Supplement Company on Trust Pilot.And because of our growth, I now get to spend my time as CEO recruiting rockstars, making sure we don't run out of cash while we grow, and trying to keep our team focused on the big vision.It's been a wild ride, and I keep reminding myself every day to just enjoy the journey!
