Oversee the daily sales and operations of the Maryland and N. Virginia Branches. This includes the sales growth and customer satisfaction of home improvement products. Over 20 direct reports and 15 indirect reports across 3 states.Grew the sales team from 8 outside sales reps and $9 million in annual sales in 2011 to 18 outside and 2 inside sales reps with $20million is revenue for 2014.Created a system which became the inside sales rep position that encompass what was once leads that were deemed unqualified and turn it into what is now worth $4-$5mil annually company wide.Introduced and created a the first Canvassing Program to Window Nation. This program has gone from $80k inn the first month with myself and 2 others knocking on doors to a program that now employs 60 people and generates $5-6million annually. Generated leads thru cold calling to pitch and close home improvement deals. Met with qualified leads to immediately close and examine finance options for deals ranging from $3,000 - $80,000.
