Reggie joined Generation Ready during the 2013-2014 school year and brought with him a depth of expertise in instructional and transformational leadership, As an Education Director, Reggie is responsible for interviewing and recommending new consultant for hire. He is also responsible for the professional development of existing consultants with support from the CAO and other Education Directors. This includes: * Coordinating content nights as necessary and professional development days for consultants as required in consultation with the Chief Academic Officer* Conducting consultant reviews and providing necessary feedback and reports as needed * Identifying consultants who need additional support and developing a plan of action for this to occur, including monitoring progress and determining outcomes As a consultant, Reggie Provides Principals and building administrators with leadership development through individualized coaching.
