Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the post/property, including its residents, employees and assets. Manages surveillance operations and the security team for efficient patrols and the development of safety plans across the post/property. Review and resolve incident reports, gather necessary information, and write reports for the post/property leadership to avoid the reoccurrence of such circumstances.Perform random property patrols on foot or in patrol units. Verify residency and status of guests at all property amenities.Train new officers in current operating procedures including reports, de-escaltions and vehicle and foot patrol and weapons safety . Make contact with residents regarding complaints reported from Property Management or Local County Sheriff’s Office. Ensure property assets and residential areas are safe and secure.
