Reggie is a Burmese-born Australian creative entrepreneur with over 15+ years of experience in the entertainment, advertising and creative industries, specialising in the Asia-Pacific region. He is currently the founder and CEO of Alias, an in-browser app that makes it effortless to create realtime videos and livestreams with a 3D avatar from any device. Previously, as the founder of CLUB MEDIA, he has established a transformative creative production and consulting agency that has serviced a wide range of major brands, including Sprite, Adidas, PUMA, Calvin Klein and GUCCI. His diverse career also includes founding successful ventures such as Arkham, one of the largest underground clubs in Shanghai, Arcade, a video game-themed cocktail lounge, Sonically Transmitted Disease, an event promotions company in China that produced over 200 shows and MUS3 a Web3 education platform taught through the lens of the music industry. Reggie was also the first hire in Asia for seminal entertainment company 88rising where he served as the Creative Director and General Manager for 88rising China.Reggie's experience as a creative entrepreneur has led him to be invited to speak at several conferences worldwide, including SXSW, MIDEM, All That Matters, EDC, Big Sound, OYA, ANAT, Gener8, Reeperbahn Festival and Forbes. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Reggie has also taken on a number of prominent consulting and advisory roles, including serving as a digital strategist in residence for the Australian Council for the Arts, a mentor for iHub at the Australian Institute of Music, and a member of the programming committee for Screen Forever 2023. In 2021, he was selected as one of the Top 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians.  Reggie is currently exploring the possibilities and potential applications of Web3 technology, virtual avatars, and artificial intelligence to unlock the next generation of creators.
