These topic areas include project, career and purpose.-Building High Performing Teams - This offering helps organizations build team dynamics, identify and align with their purpose and tactically build plans to deliver on their chosen strategy. This happens through team retreats, keynote addresses, group coaching and team dynamics consulting.

Managed the relationship with The Coca-Cola Company to arrange the work, build the team and provide governance and oversight to make sure we delivered to client expectations.This initiative focused on enabling the Common Innovation Framework (CIF) through process (Stage-Gate), organization and system (Clarity) deployment - first in North America and then across the globe. Specifically, our team focused on building project management and Clarity system skills through training we delivered. We also assessed and worked to drive process and system adoption.Additionally, we arranged and provided the team to enable TCCC's Product Lifecycle Management / Master Formula system - PICASSO.

Launched, managed and grew the Atlanta office of Exervio from 0 to 30 seasoned consultants through critical project delivery at crown jewel Atlanta companies including AT&T, The Coca-Cola Company, Fiserv and others. We built a close-knit group of really good consultants that delivered projects in a more collaborative teaming style that clients appreciated and continued to engage us for successive initiatives. Our team truly enjoyed this experience.
