Reggie entered the furniture manufacturing industry in 1990 as the IT manager and assistant Production Manager for Beverly Furniture Manufacturing Company, then a high-end residential and boutique hotel supplier in Los Angeles.  Later, he became the General Manager and then VP of Operations for the renamed and expanded Mike, Inc. In 2003 Reggie purchased the Beverly name and started a new company Beverly Home and Hotel, Inc. In 2007 he sold Beverly Home and Hotel, Inc. and became a partner in the new Beverly Furniture LLC with RBF Group. Over the course of years, Reggie has overseen the actual manufacturing, implementation of design work and quality, and delivery and shipment of nearly 2 million seating, table, and casegood units to the residential and hospitality industries. The broad range of products reached from Holiday Inn room furniture programs to Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Coco Chanel boutiques. Residential products varied interior design showrooms to the Mike RoomService line and private label furniture for Waterworks and Donghia Furniture.
