As a Network Field Engineer, I am responsible for Product Implementations\Support, Project Management, Sales Support, and delivering a variety of solutions tailored to my customers needs. The scope of my work also entails working closely with fellow JHA employees to enhance our Brand, Core Processing product and its related components. Another essential aspect of my role is establishing an understanding of my Customers infrastructure; to ensure that their systems continue to function at a high level, as downtime simply cannot be afforded. Applied Skills: - Build Client and 3rd Party Vendor Relationships - Create new Business opportunities through Customer evaluation - Communicate with Software\Hardware Developers to ensure that applicable standards are met for existing and new products - Provide Technical support in Production Financial environments - Build Processes and related documentation for fellow Engineers and Support Staff - Deliver effective communication to Technical and Non-Technical Stake Holders during the various phases of Projects - Develop and Propose effective Change Management schemes that are unique to the Customer's environment
