With over 16 years of experience in education, I am deeply committed to fostering inclusive and equitable early childhood education. As the Assistant Director of Preschool and Before/After School Programs for Poway Unified School District, I have been at the forefront of expanding inclusive practices by implementing co-taught special education models and redesigning other preschool models.
