As a member of the Startup Business Group, worked on incubating and productizing the next generation of products at Microsoft.Ran the Test team for Microsoft Tag (http://tag.microsoft.com). The Microsoft Tag technology and platform helps bridge the digital and real world using mobile devices and cloud computing.The first incubation product I worked on in the Startup Business Group was Windows Multipoint Server 2010 (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/multipoint/). Windows Multipoint Server 2010 was built from scratch in 8 months, standing true to the startup-like nature of the Startup Business Group. Windows Multipoint Server was then successfully graduated to the Windows Server Division.

Test Manager of the Response Point team in the Communications Innovation Center group. Response Point was an innovative IP-PBX system targeted at the SMB market segment. The Response Point team was staffed with veteran engineers from Microsoft and operated very much in startup conditions.Iterating rapidly, and even while having to work with various device partners in different countries, was able to ship V1 within 18 months.Response Point won InfoWorld's 2009 Technology of the Year Award, 1 of only 4 Microsoft products that year to do so.
