I earned my soft skills through my career development in service and sales in the hospitality and financial sectors.My quest for constant learning led me to pursue a degree in Business Analytics with National University of Singapore (NUS) after completing many short courses. Coupled with my vast work experiences, I am able to bridge interpersonal and technical skills to build relationships, deliver results and drive business goals.I have helped internal stakeholders streamline work processes, improve operational efficiency and increase reports accuracy through implementing digital solutions and programming.
