Implementing, monitoring and improving the organization’s Change Control System;Assisting the implementation, maintenance and improvement of organization’s processes, collaborating with the definition and implementation of actions to improve the organization processes’ performance;Participating in the implementation of GMP requirements and Quality Assure policy;Supporting Q-Pulse software;Implementing and monitoring the Document Management System, according with the Good Document Practices and internal documentation rules;Creating system documentation, such as SOP;Review and approve internal documents and forms, ensuring documental compliance with marketing authorisation dossier, legal/regulatory and internal requirements;Managing and monitoring logbooks and laboratorial notebooks system, documental controlled copies, confidential documents archive.

Performing, answering, filtering and transferring telephone calls and proceeding to the proper handling of correspondence, documentation, e-mails and other objects/materials related to internal and external service;Preparing, compiling, printing and scanning documents for physical and informatic archiving, in accordance with internal procedures, to ensure their availability for consultation;Operational control of daily use office consumables (ordering, providing and stock management (physical and in ERP);Ensuring the implementation and improvement of administrative processes;Ensuring the appointment, preparation and organization of the meetings with visitors.
