I am an Integrative Family Nurse Practitioner and an Energy Medicine therapist who incorporates both eastern and western healing modalities. I work with the entire person (Mind, Body, Spirit, Ancestry) that assists with the imbalances of the emotional and physical body, which incorporates the entire family system. I utilize a variety of modalities that include but are not limited to Barbara Brennan's Healing science, Root Cause Therapy, Theta healing, Transformational breath, Somatic release work, Intuitive knowing, and the 5-Elements of TCM.I also created "Sol Journeys"- A place that works with individuals and groups by way of The 5 Elements of Chinese medicine while out in nature. A place to uncover wherein the body, mind & or spirit may be out of balance. (Physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic) I have an artful way of working with people that blends my many years as a Healer, Nurse Practitioner, Educator and an Energy medicine therapist. All to assist people, groups, and corporations at finding a balanced system, inside and out. When people find themselves feeling more grounded and connected to themselves they begin to feel part of everything.
