I am a licenced REALTOR® in Orange County and based out of Irvine. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from FIDER-accredited UNT (Denton, Tx). Early design experience touched on education design and high-end residential with light commercial. As I took the traditional route of starting and raising a young family, I worked my own full-service design company, creating beautiful interiors and color pallets and functional space planning, and also worked in various customer service positions where I loved taking care of customers and then as a property management assistant. I moved into the sales side of Real Estate so I could integrate more design work into my daily life as I staged my own listings and was able to provide countless new spaces for clients, using challenging floor plans. I pride myself on the more technical aspects of design - I love space planning and figuring out the How's of how a design will come together with multiple specifications and tradespeople. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro - I bring a relationship-based and very ethical touch to all things I do.
