State Fire CollegeOversee budgetary assignments for the College as well as review and analyze documents for efficient, cost effective budgetary managementReview requests for services and supplies and approve purchase analyses for managerial decisionsReview expenditures for budgetary controlSupervise personnel functions• Manage and supervise the business processes for the State Fire College to include assisting in the formulation of policies and procedures as it relates to office management logistics, budget, human resources, contract management and procurement.Provide assistance to the Bureau Chief and managers in researching and analyzing complex assignments with a budget impactTrack all vendor payments for goods and services as it relates to contracts and direct orders for the unitAssist in determining long range objectives, policies and programs relating to future needs of the College
