Responsible for managing the staff and resources of Hawaii County, providing oversight of Provider Services and Member Services to support AlohaCare’s strategic goals. •Represents AlohaCare in a highly professional manner consistent with organizational values and branding objectives. •Identifies and initiates solutions to proactively address provider network, member and community issues in Hawaii Island.•Provider Network Development’s recruitment, retention and education of a robust provider network. •Implements member initiatives in Hawaii County based on AlohaCare strategic and tactical plans. •Identify and participate in community events and activities to promote AlohaCare’s brand in Hawaii County. •Facilitates inter-departmental collaboration for projects, process improvement and on-going operations.•Serve as primary contact and management liaison for Hawaii County Office for staff for day to day office administration.
