Process Engineer- Manage, validation and oversees the introduction of new products into full production -Identify engineering validation requirements and coordinate process validation run.- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors. - Reading and understanding plans.- Provide direction and guidance to the inspection personnel to ensure timely product/process inspections- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.- Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing Student Generate new work orders based on Discrepancy Reports / Items to provide a work plan whenever a stopper on shop floor has been found.- Modifies, created Work Plans based on shop floor needs following Manufacturing Planning workflows.- Support Escapement Investigation by participating in Root cause analysis.- Problem solving (Corrective Action, non-conforming material evaluation and root cause analysis, etc.)- Responsible to develop standard work instructions.- Identify engineering validation requirements and coordinate process validation run.- Initiate and manage engineering change requests (ECR) through MRB

Logistics Assistant in Import and Export customs department.- Prepare and analyze BOM from import & export on a weekly basis to ensure cargo shipment met production requirements.- Prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments by coordinating with Main Stockroom Control to ensure no shortages would occur with our manufacturing site. - Received import & export datasheet information from Main Stockroom Control in order to audit and document internally, this would keep traceability on every asset per SAT Audit requirements. - Update and organize import & export datasheet information to provide a weekly and monthly report to General Manager.
