Regina Webb is dedicated to improving the health and wellness of communities through initiatives that educate and enables health improvement in the communities served. With solid health administration experience in both academic and healthcare settings, her roles as director, human resources wellness specialist, volunteer, fundraiser, coordinator and now as Community Benefits Program Manager actively support efforts that drive innovations that change the health of residents and communities. Regina earned her M.S. in Applied Sociology and B.A. in Public and Community Health from University of Maryland and serves as a Certified Health Education Specialist (C.H.E.S.). She is passionate about developing solid partnerships that work to improve health outcomes.As Program Manager for the Economic Opportunity & Impact team, Regina developed and managed a comprehensive portfolio of $200K in workforce development grants and 4 college and career readiness programs to prepare and connect people from lower-income backgrounds into quality careers that promote upward economic mobility, and opportunities for career progression and growth. She also managed Kaiser Permanente’s awarding wining community outreach initiative, Good Health & Great Hair whic
